Property Manager

Riverfront- South Sioux City, NE

Burlington Capital Properties is now accepting applications for the Property Manager position at our Riverfront community in South Sioux City, NE.

This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with the possibility for some weekend hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Excellent customer service to our residents, visitors, vendors, and staff
• Management of daily property tasks, including potential resident inquiries, marketing duties, resident communications, leasing and tours
• Management of on-site assets including hiring and directing personnel
• Property administrative duties such as bookkeeping, budgeting, and maintaining resident files
• Ensuring successful operation of the property and leading staff effectively

Skills include:

• One to three years of experience in the property management industry required
• Supervisory experience required
• At least one year of experience in low-income tax credit preferred
• Demonstrated problem resolution skills
• Tax credit experience required
• Leasing and sales experience required
• Professional leadership
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional manner
