About the Position

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a Housekeeper/Porter to join our team at Rising View, a military housing community consisting of approximately 2,000 residential units located on Offutt Air Force Base.

This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community by preparing vacant homes for incoming residents, maintaining common areas, and supporting overall property operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent service to residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant homes to meet company standards prior to resident move-in.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and community spaces.
• Complete housekeeping and porter duties to support overall property appearance.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and property inspections as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with resident events and community functions as requested.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, porter, facilities, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record required.
• Ability to travel throughout the community to assigned homes and work areas.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors, and the general public.
• Basic understanding of the English language and ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.
